Brain Candy Recipe Ingredients 1/4 cup milk 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 egg 1/3 cup water 1 teaspoon lemon juice Instructions Heat milk, sugar, vanilla extract and egg in a saucepan over medium heat until warm, about 1 minute.
Stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Remove vanilla and egg from the heat.
Stir together with lemon juice.
Pour mixture into a 9-inch square cake pan or a 9×13 inch baking dish.
Top with 1 tablespoon butter and a generous sprinkle of sugar.
Freeze for at least a few hours.
